Baquacil System Kit, Pettis Pools & Patio

Over the years at Pettis Pools & Patio, we have noticed that the greatest companies in the pool industry focus on innovation. This blog post highlights the chemical breakthrough that Arch Chemical, the maker of Baquacil, has achieved to take their product to the next level. Their new CDX system enhances traditional Baquacil so that it works even better and virtually eliminates any chance of a water mold problem.

When pool care is as effortless and effective as this, it’s hard not to fall in love all over again with your pool. After all, the benefits of the BAQUACIL™ Pool Care Systems are practically infinte. It starts with the chlorine-free formulation that’s less irritating to eyes and skin than chlorinating products, and it’s less harsh on swimsuits and pool liners. What’s more, BAQUACIL™ systems keep water clear, silky and soft, and most of all, it’s easy to begin and maintain.

The Baquacil CDX System is chlorine-free and specially formulated to maintain a consistent oxidizer residual in pool water. The oxidizer residual in pool water plays a significant role in removing contaminants that put a strain on the pool thus keeping the pool clear all season long. This system is ideal for newly filled or constructed pools or pools that were on the standard Baquacil System and had a history of water clarity or water mold issues. In fact, we are using it with all of our new pool installs.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1 — Sanitize with: BAQUACIL™ Sanitizer and Algistat
Step 2 — Oxidize with: BAQUACIL™ Oxidizer
Step 3 — Maintain Oxidizer Residual and Water Clarity with BAQUACIL™ CDX™ product

This is a complete pool sanitizing system that kills bacteria in your pool water and keeps your pool sparkling clear and algae free. The active ingredients are gentle enough that they are used in some contact lens cleaners—so your skin won’t pay the price! It is also chemically stable so that, unlike some sanitizers, it is not affected by sunlight, temperature, and pH fluctuations.
